CRISP , CECIL - age 60, beloved husband, father and grandfather went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 14, 1999. He was a member of Springview Baptist Church. Cecil was employed 25 years with the U.S. Postal Service, and he also served in the U.S. Navy. Cecil was a devoted man to his Lord and Savior and to his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Crisp ; mother, Mabel Crisp ; and father-in-law, Niles Harrison. He is survived by wife, Clara; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Lori Downy Crisp , Brian and Lesa Lester Crisp ; 6 grandchildren, Sarah, Adam, Cayce, Caleb, Jesse, and Anna, all of Maryville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Shirley Crisp , Ronnie and Darlene Crisp ; brother, Gary Crisp ; sister, Linda Porter; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Robert Lowe, all of Maryville; mother-in-law, Hazel Harrison; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Paul and Ruth Harrison, Larry and Bonnie Harrison; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Becky and Mack Whitehead, all of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home Chapel with his sons, Jeff Crisp , Pastor of Grace Memorial and Brian Crisp and Rev. Guy Milam of Sprinview Baptist Church officiating. the interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home, Maryville. Flowers may be sent to McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home or donations may be made to Springview Baptist Church Building Fund, 4414 Old Niles Ferry Road, Maryville, TN 37801, in honor of Cecil 's name.
