Survived by son and daughter-in-law, David (Eddie) and Hazel Burnett; daughter and son-in-law, Joni and Michael Green; grandchildren, Derrick, Dacoda, Dalton Green, and Destiny Gibson; two brothers; special niece, Diane Ward; special caregivers, Connie Houston and Loree Winters; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:30 PM Monday, April 21, 2014, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Ownby and Warren Howe officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:00 PM Tuesday at Bridges Funeral Home and proceed to Stock Creek Cemetery for a 2:00 PM interment.
