GEAMES, MARY LEE EVANS age 56, of South Knoxville, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2008 at her home following a long illness. Preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Onie Evans and a sister, Pearl Manuel. Surviving is her daughter, Jamie Geames; grandson, Tre Creswell; sisters and brother-in-law, Nancy Sabol and Judy and Dan Sabol ; brother, Thomas "Jack" Evans ; devoted friend of 11 years, Gary Cotton; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Highland South Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service with Reverend Danny Overholt officiating and special music by Larry Smith. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. www.rosemortuary.com
