She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Whaley. She is survived by her sister Charlotte Richey and brother Jim Simpson, as well as her three daughters and sons-in-law Toni and Clint McElyea, Carrie and Scott Hall, Amanda and Chad Cobble. She had several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mildred's daughters honored their mother's request that there be no funeral services. [S58] Marriage Certificate.
