KAGLEY , CECIL A. - age 73, of Maryville, died Thursday, October 7, 1999, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of New Providence Primitive Baptist Church, was retired from ALCOA with 45 years of service and was a member of the ALCOA 25-Year Service Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Tipton Kagley ; daughter, Connie Kagley ; parents, Lynn and Nora Kagley ; brother, Herman Kagley ; sisters, Kathleen Thompson and Margaret Crowder. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and Jim Ball, Jerry and Roger Hodge; daughter, Sue Hamilton; grandchildren, Stacey Clampet, Joe Hamilton, Jake Hamilton; sisters, Jeanette Best, Charlotte Powell, Juanita Welshan, Edna Burrell, all of Maryville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home Chapel, with Mike Brumley, Minister officiating. The interment will follow in New Providence Baptist Cemetery.
