She was preceded in death by her parents Lush and Lena McMahan and brother Keith (Goob) McMahan Survivors include her companion Cocker Spaniel (Libby); best friend Richard Isbell; Sisters Brenda Seay and Ann (Jack) Smith; brothers Sammy (Vickie) McMahan and Kenny McMahan all of Newport, Glenn (Judy) Campbell of Spartanburg, SC and Noah (Mary) McMahan of Jacksonville, NC. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon, May 17, 2015 in the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leon Large officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm Sunday afternoon, May 17, 2015 at the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home.
