CRUZE, GLENN W. - age 89 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 17, 2007. Glenn was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and a member of South Knoxville Masonic Lodge #769. He retired from East Tennessee Packing Company. Preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Beulah V. Cruze; parents, James Harvey and Martha McCammon Cruze. Glenn was the last surviving member of his 16 brothers and sisters. Survivors include his daughter, Brenda Depoilly and her husband Christian; son, Kevin Cruze and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Harold and Cheryl Tipton, Hannah and Austin Cruze, Christen Waddell; great grandchildren, Aaron, Timothy and Kailey Tipton; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 19, 2007 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Highland South Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow visitation at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Larry Warren and Rev. Claude Ramsey officiating. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Noon in Highland South Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Family members. The staff of Highland South Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Glenn W. Cruze.
