September 23, 1985 - April 24, 2015 Cody Walker, age 29, of Knoxville, went home to be with his savior, Jesus on Friday, April 24, 2015. Greeting him as he entered into Heaven were grandparents, Bill & Iona Webb and Woodrow & Rosalee Gilbert. Cody was a devoted dad to his daughter Brooklyn, loving son of Pam & Ted Gilbert, big brother to his sister, Tabatha Walker and uncle to Dalton Walker and his biker family. Special thanks to two very dear friends, Gary Hughett and Bryon Warwick. The family wishes to thank everyone for the food, prayers and companionship. The family will receive friends 6-8pm Tuesday with funeral service to follow at 8pm, Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, Rev. Ronnie McBee officiating. Family and friends will meet at Mynatts Halls Chapel by 10:30am Wednesday and proceed to Webb Cemetery for interment at 11am.
