BARBEE, DORIS OWNBY — age 80, died April 9,2004 at Baptist Hospital West. She was preceded in death by husband, Loyd A. Barbee; sister, Evelyn Duncan; brothers, Webb Ownby, Newton Ownby, Howard Ownby and Cecil Ownby. Survivors: daughter, Suzanne Barbee; granddaughter: Barbee Rhea; brother, Ralph Ownby and sisters: Sara Ownby of Knoxville and Thelma Hodges of Chugiak, Alaska. Visitation will be held at Rocky Hill Baptist Church on Monday April 12, 2004 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial on Tuesday at 10:00 am, Dr. Terry Kirby officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements by East Tennessee Mortuary Service. 539-2458
