Preceded in death by wives, Josephine Wallace Bivens & Ruth Thomas Bivens ; daughter, Faye Saults; son, Bill Bivens ; grandson, Robbie Bivens ; parents, Jodie & Minnie Zinnerman Bivens ; 10 brothers & sisters. Survivors: son, John B. Bivens , Jr. & wife, Janie of Loudon; daughter, Johnnie Ann Scarbrough & husband, Bill of Lenoir City; 4 grandchildren, Shawn Bivens & Crystal Price of Loudon, John & Bill Scarbrough, Lenoir City; 2 great grandchildren, Dale Scarbrough & Kelcie Bivens ; sisters, Pauline Hardin & Christine Welch, Loudon.
