November 10, 1935 - January 14, 2016 Resided in Sevierville, TN Hubert H. Hutson, age 80 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016. Mr. Hutson retired as a Technical Sergeant from the United States Air Force with an honorable discharge after more than 20 years of service. He was also retired from the Illinois School District as a custodial engineer. Mr. Hutson loved to watch and attend all kinds of sporting events. He was a season pass holder for the Tennessee Smokies Baseball. He enjoyed gardening, working in his yard and he loved his pets, Miss Kitty and Pal. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Robertson Hutson; parents, Herbert and Myrtle Hutson; brothers, Clayton, Wayne and Delmar Hutson; sister, Betty Jane Hutson. Survivors include his many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Funeral service 5 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Pastor Philip Morris officiating. Interment 10 AM Monday in Cummings Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Ray Curtis officiating. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post # 104. The family will receive friends 3-5 PM Sunday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
