Roberta Mae “Birdie” Clabough age77 a resident of Cleveland passed away Friday in a local health care facility. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred H. Clabough Sr. a son Fred H. Clabough Jr., and great grandson Lane Clabough. Mrs. Clabough was retired from M and M Mars with over 14 years of service and was a member of the Brittsville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter Kathy Miller and her husband Terry of Cleveland, one son Dale Clabough of Cleveland, grandchildren Jessi Blackwell of Cleveland Fred Clabough III of Millersville Ohio, Baylee Bledsoe of Cleveland, great grandchildren Cassidy and Issac Blackwell, Zack and Donnie Dowling. Birdie was also an adopted grandmother of many people at her church and is also survived by her devoted yorkie Precious.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held 11am Monday at the North Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Ken Purdy, Rev. Johnny Jones and Bob Smith officiating. Entombment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Nathan Myers, Matt Myers, Josiah Shelton, Bob Smith, Mike Pendergrass and Chris Pendergrass serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5 until 9 at the funeral home.
