TARVER , AVA GRACE 2 month old infant daughter of Emily and Ryan Tarver , passed away Monday, October 15, 2012 at East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Ava is survived by great-great grandparents, Fannie Feezel, Lucinda Cawood, Joella Keith; great grandparents, Herbert and Jean Tarver , Gary and Sherry Self, Norman and Bobby Cawood, Gerald and Robin Burnette, Marcia Moore, Deborah Butcher-Berrier; grandparents, Brian Self and Stephanie Richardson, Melanie and Scottie Bates, Chris and Keri Tarver ; aunts, Allison Self, Kelly Turner, Megan Tarver , Rene Butcher; uncle Justin Turner; several cousins and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Lynnhurst Cemetery with Pastor Tom Frye and Pastor Danny Neal officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children's Miracle Network or Hospitality House, 214 Reidhurst Ave., Nashville, TN 37203.
