Syble was born May 20, 1909 to Robert Wellington Shields in Collin County Texas and has lived in Show Low for the past 38 years. She was a faithful member of the Lakeside congregation of Jehovah's Witness. She is survived by her two daughters, Ava and Tim Dickenson and Alicia and Jim Spaulding; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Syble was preceded in death by her mother, two brothers, one sister and her loving husband Gene. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 5 at 1 p.m. at Fletcher's Mortuary in Show Low.
