  [S24] The Newport Plain Talk, (http://www.newportplaintalk.com), 10 Feb 2003. Alice F. Noe, age 59, of Bybee, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2003, at Baptist Healthcare. She was a member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her father, Earl H. Frazier . Survivors include her husband, Arlen "Shot" Noe, of Bybee; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Jennifer Noe, of Corbin, KY; mother, Delsie Fox Frazier , of White Pine; sisters and brothers-in-law: Debbie and Tommy Lindsey, of White Pine, and Joy and Wayne Herman, of Morristown; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2003, in the chapel of Mayes Mortuary. The Rev. Billy Bush will officiate. The family of Mrs. Noe will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Mayes. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery. Mayes Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
