Patricia (Patsy) Riggs Frank passed from this life early Thursday morning, Oct. 24, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Fort Thomas, Ky., after a long illness. She attended Porter Elementary and Everett High School, then graduated in 1961 from Carlisle High School, Carlisle, Ohio, after her family had moved to Ohio. She accepted Jesus as her savior and was baptized at Broadway Baptist Church, Maryville, in 1958. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Madeline Riggs ; brother, Charles Loy; and sister, Virginia Loy. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Tom; daughter, Melissa Justus; son-in-law, Terry; granddaughter, Crista, all from Alexandria, Ky.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy and Bob Choate, Carol and Bruce Lane , Margie and Paul Mynatt, all of Maryville; sister, Judy Gomez of Sharpsburg, Ga.; aunt, Lovana Ivey; nieces, Christal Choate, Angela Cusick; nephews, Scott Choate, Eric Gutridge; and other out-of-state nieces and nephews. She was cremated and a memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Church of Christ, Alexandria, Ky. Make donations to America Cancer Society of your local hospice.
