The funeral for Mary R. Williams (nee Rakas ), 89, will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday, at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca, then proceed to St. Peter the Apostle Church, where a Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home. Born Sept. 4, 1915, in Cicero, she died Thursday, May 19, 2005, at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Winford Graig; loving mother of David (Roberta); devoted Nana of Stephen (Shannon); great-grandmother of Benjamin; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
