Terry Lynn Messer, age 61, of Cleveland, Ohio, died Monday, November 24, 2014.
He was born September 10, 1953, a son of the late Dewey William and Stella Mae (Turner) Messer, and lived in Newport for a time as a child. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Messer and his grandparents Gilbert and Mary Turner and Ernest and Willie Messer.
He was retired as a foundry worker at Ford Motor Company with 25 years of service.

He is survived by his wife Nadine Messer, son William Messer and daughter-in-law Janine, daughter Terry Lynn Messer Hartman and husband Leonard, all of Cleveland, OH, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at Park Heights Baptist Church, 16189 Sheldon Rd., Middleburg Heights, Ohio with the pastor, Dr. Steven Brown, officiating.
