She was employed by Fedex Ground and a member of Temple Baptist Church of Powell. Preceded in death by her brother, David Grugin . Survived by her husband, Raymond Phillips parents, Ernest C. Grugin of Joshua Tree, Calif., Ruth Grugin Beason of Knoxville stepfather, Voyd Beason daughter, Celia Lane of Powell brothers and sisters in law, Rodney & Lisa Grugin of Lenoir City, Doug and Vicki Grugin of Knoxville four nieces and two nephews and many special friends. The family will receive friends Monday October 28, 2002 from 6-8 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremations with a funeral service to be conducted at 8 p.m. with Rev.
