Debra went to be with our Lord on October 26, 2014 after a lengthy illness. She will be deeply missed by everyone. She attended Westend Bible Tabernacle while growing up and when she visited in Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her father Jack Cureton, mother Aileen (Mandy) Cureton, grandparents Walter and Zelma Cagle and Walter and Tessie Cureton, uncles Oris (Short) Cagle and Carl Cagle, aunts Marie Holt, Marie Cagle, Mary Pruitt, Margie (Cureton) Peacock, nephews Jerry (Lil Man) Cureton and Brandon Cureton, father-in-law Walt Crowley, mother-in-law Martha Crowley, and sisters-in-law Nita DeLee and Cathy Rusher.
She is survived by her husband Mike Crowley of Georgia; daughter Tegan Odum; son-in-law Stephen (Matthew) Odum; grandchildren Charlotte (Bird) and Israel Odum, all of Georgia; brothers Jerry Cureton, GA; Mike Cureton, Newport (who passed away Nov. 2, 2014 one week after Debra's death); Carl Cureton, Newport ; sisters Cathy D. Cureton and Charlene Allen, both of Newport ; stepmother Maudy Reece; sister-in-law Lynn Thompson, GA; uncles and aunts: Jim and Betty Cureton, Kenneth and Jean Cureton, and Bill and Jean Guinn; nieces Andrea Breeden, Melissa Cureton, Holli Ballard, Chalina Hance, Leahla Hance, Sheri Hall, Mariah Cureton, Nikki Meeks, and Alexis Meeks; nephews Josh Cureton, John David Cureton, Dustin Cureton, Travis Cureton, Shane Allen, Lil Sherman Allen IV, and Stephen Fain; several great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends, including Hazel and Layman Templin and Gary Huff.
Debra's memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Westend Bible Tabernacle with De. Earl Campbell and Pastor Rick Foust officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be given to Charlene Allen or Cathy D. Cureton.
