Daryl Scott Jenkins, age 39, of Newport, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Hurtle Jenkins and Thad Garver and the late Tony Russell.He is survived by his beloved wife, April Jenkins; his beloved son, Maxx Jenkins; and daughters, Adison Russell and Ashtyn Jenkins; father, Danny Jenkins and wife Sandy; mother, Roella Linebarger and husband Allan; sister, Makenzie Jenkins; grandmothers, June Jenkins and Velma Garver; special aunt, Doris Jenkins; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Darlene and Don Jenkins; sister-in-law, Stacie Russell; niece, Hannah Worley; several, aunts, uncles and special friends, Lisa Williamson, Blake Shults, Brooks Ealy, Brian Knight, Derrick Webb, Ock Woody, Curtis Woods, Jimmy Webb, Charles Ford and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Thursday, November 6, 2014 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Billy Ball and Rev. Adam Sanders officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am Friday, November 7, 2015 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
