PEORIA -- Derald D. Ogle , 66, of 1513 NE Jefferson died at 4:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, 1996, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born Nov. 3, 1929, in Pontiac, Mich., to Olyce and Lelah Dimmitt Ogle , he married Paulette Haman on Oct. 17, 1970, in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents of Hannibal, Mo.; three daughters, Lisa Ogle -Cook of Peoria, Sondra Franks of Delavan and Cynthia Hollingsworth of Kenedy, Texas; two sons, James O. of Monroe City, Mo., and Greg D. of Washington, Ill.; six grandchildren; two sisters, Velda Clark of Lincoln, Neb., and Janice Thompson of Higbee, Mo.; and three brothers, Donald of New London, Mo., Bernard of Monroe City and Ronnie of Hannibal.
The owner and operator of Ogle Motors in Peoria for 35 years, he last worked two months ago.
He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Pleasant Hill Congregation in Peoria, where memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Monday. Wilton Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Garner Funeral Home in Monroe City, where visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be Grandview Cemetery in Hannibal.
Memorials may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Pleasant Hill Congregation.
