Mrs. Sentell was retired from the Knox Co. School System as a Supervisor in the food service department. She leaves fond memories of camping with family and friends in the Smokey Mountains. She is preceded in death by: her parents, Douglas R. Crumley and Sarah Jane (Hinchey) Crumley sister, Edna Presnell and brother, Homer Crumley. She is survived by her loving family: husband, Joe Sentell sons, Ronald Joe Sentell (Janice), Michael Curtis Sentell (Nancy), Rex Allen Sentell (Susan), Steve Edward Sentell (Marti) sister, Frances Helmboldt brother, Don Crumley 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Sentell is at Highland South, where the family will receive friends Friday November 26, from 1-3:00 pm, with services following at 3:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Robert Branch and Mark Sentell will be officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Highland South Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Baptist Hospice, P.O.
