She lived most of her life in Haywood County, and retired from Dayco in 1997 after working there for 28 years. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 27, 2012 at 3PM in the Chapel of Garrett Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-3PM prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Garrett Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family would like to express deep gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at The Heritage of Sugar Mountain and Medi-Home Hospice of Avery County, for all of their tender loving care and concern they afforded Margaret during her time with them.
