Survived by brother and sister in law, Bill and Faye Lowe of Walland, Charles and Aletha Lowe of Walland; sisters and brothers in law, Edith and Charles Sloan of Knoxville, Patsy and Wade Millsaps of Maryville, Martha and Bill Coleman of Walland; daughter in law, Debbie O’Neal of Maryville; two grandchildren, Destiny and Adam O’Neal of Maryville; special niece, Tracie Hansom of Memphis; special nephew, Race Sloan of Maryville; host of nieces and nephews.
