HENEGAR , HURLES D. age 71 of Halls, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 16, 2007 at his home. Hurles was a member of Emory Valley Baptist Church, but attended New Friendship Baptist Church, worked at Foot Mineral, and then worked 19 years at the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Preceded in death by: parents, Andy and Sally Ethel Albright Henegar ; brothers, Lonnie and Raymond Henegar ; sisters, Rova Bridges and Levie Glandon; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Andy and Cora Lee Sharp Walker. Survived by: devoted and loving wife of 53 years, Zola Mae Walker Henegar ; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby R. and Angie Hunley Henegar , Lonnie E. and Pamela Braden Henegar , David A. and Vicki Thomas Henegar ; grandson-in-law and granddaughter, Travis and Amanda Johnson of Spartanburg, SC, granddaughters, Cora Marie, Linda Mae, and Holly Allison Henegar ; brother, Helton Henegar of Luttrell; sisters, Dorothy Nelson of Halls and Bernice Glandon of Kokomo, Indiana; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel at Cooke Mortuary, Reverend Doug Munsey and Reverend Buford Albright officiating. Interment in Lynnhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association in memory of Hurles D. Henegar . Cooke Mortuary, Maynardville, TN.
