He is survived by his daughter, Rose Huffaker and husband, James of Farragut granddaughters, Cheryl Davis and husband, Dale, Jamie Simerly and husband, Scott all of Lenoir City great grandchildren, Whitney and Sarah Davis, Amber and Tallehua Simerly sisters, Florence Mitchell of Powell and Patty Moats of Kingston brother, Bob Taliaferro of Greenville several nieces and nephews 4 stepdaughters several step grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Sunday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. Rev. Dean Bandy, Rev. Mike Boatfield and Rev. Rick Hicks will officiate. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Monday in the Concord Masonic Cemetery for graveside services.
