Fayetta Brooks Brown, age 91, of Del Rio, passed away early Saturday morning, January 30, 2010 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Cora Irene Brooks; husband, Cecil Brown; brothers, Walter Brooks and Decatur Brooks; sister, Eula Dean Sams; sister-in-law, Nina Brooks; brother-in-law, Gerdine Sams; grandson-in-law, Pat Kelly. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Paul Daniels; granddaughters, Sandra Perez Speer and husband Juan Perez Speer; Angie Daniels, Tammy Kelly, Patsy Gosnell and husband Tommy; grandsons, Michael Hill and wife Kristy, Jamie Daniels, Dale Daniels and Billy Daniels; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends; also special people, Scott Gorrell, Abby, Heather, and Sheri from Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, and Faye and H.C. Southerland. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Monday, February 1, 2010 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel. Burial will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Monday prior to the funeral services.
