SMITH , HELEN BLACHE BAILEY - age 91, of Friendsville, died Wednesday, June 7, 2000 at her home. She was a member of first Baptist Church of Friendsville and was preceded in death by her husband, Clemmer E. Smith ; infant daughter, Patricia Lynn Smith ; parents, Roy A. and Nannie C. Bailey ; brothers, Claude Bailey , Howard Bailey ; sister, Pauline Bailey Morton. Survivors include: daughters, Phyllis S. Simerly, Delphia L. Smith ; daughters and sons in law, Rebecca and David Adams, Kay and Harris Huffstetler, Fay and David Sisson; grandchildren, Randy Simerly, Kenny and Terri Simerly, Lorrie and David Weltner, Clemmer Adams, David Adams, Ashley Bailey Huffstetler, Nicole and Gary Nitzband; great grandchildren, Scott Simerly, Derrick Barrow, Nathan Barrow, Reagan Weltner, Madison Weltner, Evangeline Adams, Christopher Lambert, Kymberlee Nitzband. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Charles Bailey and Rev. Larry Best officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Friday at Union Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Friendsville Building Fund, P.O. Box 116, Friendsville, Tenn. 37737. McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville in charge.
