  Charles moved to Detroit in 1920. He lived at 391 (In 1923 the st. number was 1357) Henry St. He worked as a carpenter in Detroit in 1923. ref. Detroit City Directory 1920-23. Leonard DAMAN (eldest living son of Arthur E. DAMAN stayed with Charles a day or two when he moved to MI in 1923. Leonard says Charles had a daughter, Ruth. Nurse family records. Originals in my file. Was in MARSHALL IL in 1860 (note: it could have been his father who was in MARSHALL, IL).
