November 25, 1953 - February 10, 2014 Phyllis Juanita McLemore Sherrod, age 60, of Knoxville went to be with our Lord during the night Monday. Member of New Hope Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents Luther & Vesta McLemore, brother James McLemore. Survived by son Terry Lynn & Jennifer Oaks of Maynardville and Donnie & Heather Munsey, of Knoxville, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, sisters Wanda & Warren Beeler, Laura Ann McLemore, Darlene & Lynn Hammond, special nephew Todd Beeler, 5 nephews and 1 niece, special nurse Jennifer Singleton, special friends Linda Crigger and Kassandra Gillmore, and Chaplain Will Runyon. Family and friends will meet at 1:45 pm Friday at Browns Gap Cemetery for a 2 pm graveside service with Chaplain Will Runyon officiating. Pallbearers will be nephews and grandsons. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
