Mr. Charles Franklin Weaver , of Newnan, Ga., formerly of Knoxville, Tenn., passed away Dec. 7, 2013. He was born Sept. 23, 1931, in Knoxville and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by parents: Dewey and Byrdie Weaver , daughter: Linda Gail Weaver , and sisters: Jewel, Judy, Anna Mae and Bobbie. He is survived by wife: Bernice T. Lindsey Weaver , stepdaughter: Renee' L. Sands and husband Steve, stepgrandchildren: Marty Goddard (Dawn), Lee Butcher (Jennifer) and Bridgette Triplicata (Joseph), 13 great-grandchildren, nephews: Tracey, Steve, Danny, Ronnie and niece: Lori. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville with Marty Goddard officiating. Family and friends will meet 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at East Maryville Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
