She was a Pastor of Williams Fall Church of God for 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Qualls; parents, Joe & Donna Townsend; grandson, Edward (Eddie) Ford and her brothers, Kenneth, Conley, Clyde, and Carmen Townsend. She is survived by her son; Robert L. Qualls; daughter, Billie Jo Bruce and husband Charlie; grandchildren, Tijuana Cagle (Jon), Ronald Ramsey (Rachael), Tracy Qualls, and Landon Qualls; great-grandchildren, Tessie Rockwell, Bradley Rockwell, Brittanni Ramsey, River, Blu, and Alex Qualls. The family will receive friends Saturday October 13th from 6-8pm at Highland South Funeral Home Chapel, 9010 East Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN 37920 (865) 573-7300. Rev. Charlie Bruce officiating.
