James “Big E” Albright, age 67, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 at U.T. Medical Center. He was a member of Power and Praise Church and also retired from Harrison Construction. Preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Ida Albright; and brothers, Bill, Hurless, and J.D. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Dorothy Albright; son and daughter in law, James and Maureen Albright of Maryville; daughter and son in law, Saprina and Richard Potter of Maryville; grandchildren, James V., Mary “Rotten” and James P.; brother, Doug Albright of Maryville; sisters, Nell Hearon, and Dove Weeks both of Maryville; special friend, Jack Weeks and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Miller Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia, Rev. Grover Bolden and Rev. Robert Burns officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Zion Cemetery for the graveside service and interment.
