Johnnie Jenella Watson Justus, age 70 of Sevierville passed away Saturday, February 16, 2008.
Mrs. Justus had been a member of Richardson’s Cove Baptist Church for 57 years and served as church treasurer for 31 years. She was owner of J & J Grocery for 35 years and was an active supporter of Caton’s Chapel Richardson’s Cove Volunteer Fire Department. Since retiring in 2000 Jenella and Jock have enjoyed spending time with family, staying active in church and traveling.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl E. and Minnie Maples Watson, Sr.; brother, Carl E. Watson, Jr.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Della Mae Dixon Justus; brothers-in-law, Carl Spence, Lonas Justus and David Justus; sisters-in-law, Dicie McCarter and Laverne Colescott; nephews, Jason Shults, Michael Max Watson and Donald Colescott; and niece Gina Gibson.
She is survived by:

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richardson’s Cove Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Linda Lewis (church clerk),3325 Pittman Center Road, Sevierville, Tennessee 37876.
Funeral service 7 PM Tuesday at Richardson’s Cove Baptist Church with Rev. David Ayers, Rev. Sam Justus and Rev. Melvin Carr officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Wednesday at Justus Cemetery for interment.
Pallbearers will be Dale and Ricky Watson, Wendell and Darrell Spence, Joshua Spence, Ryan Watson, Jeff and Casey Watson, Daniel Watson, Junior Watson, Joey King. Honorary pallbearers will be the Men’s Sunday school Class of Richardson’s Cove Baptist Church.
