Preceded in death by her late husband of 61 years, Arnold Eugene McMahan; parents, Edward and Anna Powers and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters and sons in law, Kathy and Creed Kirkland, Barbara Amburn and Judy and Bill Wilson; grand daughter, Jessica Wilson; great grandson, William Tindell; brother and sister in law, Kenneth and Eunavee Powers, brother, Jerry Powers; sister, Ann Aikens; several nieces, nephews, neighbors and special friends, Carol Long and Fred Cook. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Bill Wilson officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery for the graveside service and interment.
