HARTUP , STELLA RUTH - age 81, of Loudon, passed away Sunday evening, July 25, 1999, at the Farragut Health Care Center. A former resident of Wayne Co., Lawrenceburg and Germantown, Tenn. Stella was a member of the Maryville Church of Christ and had recently attended the Loudon Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Hartup and her daughter, Leta Magdalene Hartup . Also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Survived by her daughter, Barbara H. Meter of Philadelphia; and sons, James O. Hartup and wife, Deborah of Knoxville and Michael H. Hartup and wife, Debbie of Cordova; seven grandchildren; along with brothesr, Klyne McMahan of Mayfield, Ky. and William McMahan of Louisville, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Family and friends will gather at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Click Funeral Home and proceed to Lake View Cemetery for graveside service at 11 a.m. with Dr. Mike Brumley and Mr. Ed Barnes officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 712 Lakeview Drive, Loudon, TN 37774, The Salvation Army, P.O.
