Rhines , Sr. Survived by wife, Kelly Rhines of Knoxville; sons, Cody and Chris and daughters, Belle and Katy, all of Knoxville; mother, Judy Rhines of Knoxville; brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Missy Rhines of Rutledge; sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane and David Wilson of Knoxville, Sissy and David Ogle of Knoxville, and Candy Rhines of Knoxville, and a host of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. Funeral service 8 p.m. Thursday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. David Wilson Sr., Rev. James Kitts, and Rev. Ruben Wilson officiating.
