He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roy Dennis Swaney. He is survived by his mother, Teresa Irene Hearon; step-fathers, Charles Hearon and Terry Cook; brother and sister-in-law, Zyndall and Tash Sims, Jr.; sisters and brothers-in-law, April and Greg Teems, Tiffiany and Michael Cushing, and Brittany and Fredy Perez; step-brothers and spouses, Jacob and Millie Hearon and Ethan and Ashley Hearon; nieces and nephews, Tyler Teems, Connor Gomez, Kaitlyn Cushing, Gabriella Perez, Felix Perez, Sofia Perez, and Matthew Cushing; grandmother, Shelby Henson; great-grandmother, Granny Cantrell; aunts and uncles, Mary and Eddie Thompson, Roy and Dianne Swaney, Rebecca and R. T. Thacker, and David Swaney; and several extended family members and cousins. Memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Friday, March 28, 2014, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Jonathan Swaney officiating.
