ROBERT DWAYNE MILLS, age 31, of Strawberry Plains, TN, died June 7, 2008 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Dwayne was a member of Goodes Temple AME Zion Church where he had served as an usher, and was employed at SeaRay, Inc. He was a devoted husband and father, and coached his son's basketball and football team, the Strawberry Plains Raiders. Dwayne was preceded in death by his father, Robert Alex Fulton. He is survived by his wife, Chastity; his sons, Malachi Devonte and Zechariah Dontae; sister, Cynthia (Steve) Davis; brother, Robert Wayne Moulden; brother-in-law, Terry Copeland. He is also survived by Shirley Gourley, who raised him; and a host of immediate and other extended family members. Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Benjamin Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Family and friends will gather at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Gillette Cemetery, Old Dandridge Pike, Strawberry Plains, TN for a 10:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
