Mr. Jack Hadden Mooneyham, age 72, of Newport, passed away Friday afternoon, August 8, 2003, at his home.
He was a retired chemical operator at Great Lakes and was of the Church of God faith. Mr. Mooneyham served in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy H. Mooneyham, of the home; children, Patricia McCarter, of Cosby, Francis Libby Blazer, of Seymour, William Jack Mooneyham, of Del Rio, and step-son, Michael Haney, of Newport; and eight grandchildren. Additional survivors include nine brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at Costner-Maloy Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Henderson officiating.
Interment in Union Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the Disabled American Veterans L/Cpl Charles C. Roberts Chapter 102.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday evening at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home.
