Preceded in death by parents, Winfield and Grace Finger Perkins ; and wife, Barbara Elliott Perkins . Survived by daughters, Jill and Wendy Perkins ; brothers, Benny and wife Imogene, Sherrill and wife Gerri; sisters Charlotte and husband Melton Jones, Judy and husband Herman Andes all of Knoxville; a host of nieces and nephews. Dad was a farmer by trade and earned Knox County Farmer of the Year twice. He helped organize the Food Fair of several local churches. He also enjoyed wood working as a past time. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Diabetes Association, Knoxville Office, 900 E.
