Mr. Roy Lawrence Bradley, 83, of Newport, passed away Monday morning, June 2, 2003, at his son’s home in Round Rock, Texas.
Preceded in death by his wife, Eulalah Bradley; parents, William and Lillian Bradley; brothers, Victor Bradley and Paul Bradley; and sisters, Vera Conard and Ila Sandidge.
Mr. Bradley was a United States Army Veteran, having served during World War II. He was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 102.
Survivors include his daughter, Phyllis Musick, of Morristown; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Lana Bradley, of Round Rock, TX; grandchildren: Donna Musick, of Morristown; Anna Bradley and David Bradley, both of Round Rock, TX; sister, Lena Hall, of Soddy Daisy, TN.
Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews and special friend, Jim Webber.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 6, 2003, at 12:00 p.m. at Costner-Maloy Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wayne Haney officiating.
Entombment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, with military rites provided by L/CPL Charles C. Roberts Chapter 102 of the Disabled American Veterans.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday morning at Costner-Maloy.
