He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fine Sr.; grandparents, Ralph E. Fine Sr. and Rose W. Fine, Rev. C.M. Morgan and Dixie O. Morgan. He attended Newport Church of God. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Valerie Ann Blazer and Gary Blazer Jr.; granddaughter, Hannah K. Blazer; mother, Elizabeth Morgan Fine; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon F. Barker and Jim Barker. Additional survivors include nephew, K.C. Barker, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will beheld Tuesday, August 24, 2004, at 8:00 p.m. at Costner-Maloy Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Charles Oaks and Rev. Douglas Jacobs officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. at Union Cemetery on Wednesday, August 25, 2004, for the 11:00 a.m. interment. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Morgan, R.J.
