PILKINGTON, Randall, age 52 of Greenback, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Dotson Memorial Baptist Church and Co-owner of Blount Excavating, Inc.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Majors Pilkington; daughter, Christi Pilkington and friend Thomas West; daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Jason Adams; father and mother, Vestal and Unav Pilkington; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Stella Pilkington; sister, Susan Tucker; "grand babies", Katie Grace and Jay Jay Adams; partners and special friends, Larry and Joann Garner, Steve and Stephanie Garner; Brock and Brentlie Garner; mother-in-law, Norma Majors.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Speaker Larry Garner and Rev. Thomas Lequire officiating. The interment service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Grandview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. 982-6812

Pilkingtons' 60th
Vestal (Cubbie) and Unav (Cooper) Pilkington, of Greenback, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception hosted by their grandchildren from 2 to 4 p.m. June 30 at the Hopewell Church Fellowship Hall. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
They request no gifts.
The couple were married June 13, 1953, at the Blount County Courthouse. Judge George Roberts officiated.
Their family includes children Susan (Jackie) Lovingood, of Friendsville, Jeff (Stella) Pilkington, of Maryville, and the late Randall Pilkington. They have eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter, Kenna.
Mr. Pilkington is retired as a heavy equipment operator from Operating Engineers. Mrs. Pilkington is retired from Schlegel Manufacturing.
They are active members of Hopewell Baptist Church.
