York/Mack marriage
Lindsey Maples Mack and John Eric York were married May 11, 2013, at the Museum of Appalachia in Clinton. Danny Wilson of Calvary Baptist Church officiated. Music was provided by Patrick Michael Weddings.
The bride is the daughter of Faye and Roger McNutt of Knoxville and the late Jeffrey Maples of Sevierville. The groom is the son of Kay Kronour and Johnny York of LaFollette. The bride was given in marriage by Faye McNutt, her mother.
The bride wore a ruched, one-shoulder ivory gown with a ruffle on the left shoulder and a beaded sash belt. The bouquet was handmade by the bride with brooches given to her by the family.
The bride chose as her maid of honor Rachael Maples of Knoxville. She wore a draped, ruched halter chiffon gown in red and carried a bouquet of baby’s breath.
The bridesmaids were Brittany Newman of Jeffersonville, Ind.; Cheryl Whaley of LaFollette; and Kelly Maples of Knoxville. All carried baby’s breath bouquets.
The flower girl was Molly Maples, daughter of Justin and Rachel Maples. The ringbearers were James Maples, son of Justin and Rachael Maples; and Lukas Whaley, son of Cheryl and Nathan Whaley.
The groomsmen were Nathan Newman of Jeffersonville, Ind., and Zak Knight and Justin Maples of Knoxville.
A reception was held at the Museum of Appalachia. After a honeymoon trip to Townsend, the couple will reside in Kodak.
