Dr. J. E. "Doc" Lee, age 84 of Sevierville, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013. "Doc" Lee was the veterinarian in Sevier County for over 50 years. He moved to Sevierville with his wife Antrice in 1955 and opened his animal clinic on Bruce St. In 1959 he moved his animal hospital to Old Newport Hwy where he retired in 2008.
He was preceded in death by his wife Antrice McHargue Lee; parents, James and Carrie Mae Lee of Alabama; brother, David S. Lee; sister, Charlotte Walters and husband Jack; wife, Bess Rolen Lee

Sons: Mike Lee and wife Mary, David Lee
Daughter: Teresa Lee Camba and fiancé Jeff Plumlee
Grandchildren: Ian and Antrice Camba, Blair Lee, Chris Lee and wife Anna
Great grandchild: Levi Lee
Sister: Carrie Mae Scogin of Monks Corner, SC
