She was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Amy was a graduate of Lakeworth Christian High School and Blount Memorial Hospital's Nursing School. She also attended Palm Beach Junior College and Pellissippi State Community College. Amy was preceded in death by her sister, Alison Lynn Randolph . She is survived by her parents, Thomas M. and Gloria Randolph of Alcoa; sister, Pamela A. Arrington of Maryville; niece, Elizabeth A. Swanson and husband Matthew of Moorseville NC; great-uncles; Cleo J. Whaley and wife Edna, Cayce Whaley and wife Edna Ruth, and Thomas J. Whaley and wife Fran; great-aunt, Maxie Davis; cousins, Dorothy Robinson of Stuart, FL and Marian Priesmeyer of NJ; and god-parents Lillian and Ed Seremet. Services will be Thursday February 17, 2005 at 2 p.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church with The Rev. Martha Sterne and The Rev. Brad Smith officiating. Burial will follow the service in New Providence Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends following the burial in the Parish House at the church.
