DANDRIDGE- Clyde O'Neil , Jr., age 83, of Dandridge, passed away, Sunday, March 4, 2001, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Minnie O'Neil , of Dandridge; step-son and his wife, Vernon and Sheila Fox, of Newport; step-son, William Alfred Fox, of Dandridge; sister, Annette Gibson, of Newport; nephew and his wife, Alfred and Mistle O'Neil , of Newport; also sev eral other nieces and nephews; special friends Hubert and Dean Chapman, of Newport.
The funeral will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, at Stokely Chapel Church, with Rev. J.D. Sisk and Rev. Adrian Lawler officiating, with burial in Union Cemetery, with L/CPL Charles C. Roberts DAV Chapter #102 conducting military rites.
The body will lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
The family received friends from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m., Monday, at Manes Funeral Home.
Manes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
