HEAGERTY , PAT, JR. - age 62 of Knoxville, died Tuesday morning November 23, 2004 at Brakebill Nursing Home. A native of Knoxville, he was the son of the late Patrick James Heagerty , Sr. and Anne Regina Sharpe Heagerty . Mr. Heagerty was a charter member of the Ivy St. Rockbusters, a ring announcer for numerous AAU and Golden Gloves Boxing matches, and life long member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. He had retired from All American Shows and was a lifetime member of the American Showmens Association. He is survived by: his sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Sara Heagerty , Chris and Kim Heagerty of Knoxville grandchildren, Mary Kate, Keeley and Sloane and his brother, Greg Heagerty of Atlanta. Family and friends will meet at Calvary Cemetery Friday for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service with Father Xavier Mankel officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Knoxville Catholic High School, 9245 Fox Lonas Rd., Knoxville, TN 37923. The family will receive friends 12:00-1:00 p.m. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
